Can I use the Excel sheets I already have?
Yes. Upload them and the system matches your columns: item name, code, category, unit, quantity, vendor and so on. You see a preview of every row before anything is saved.
What happens to my data if I stop using the system?
You download your complete stock file in Excel and keep it. It has your items, every inward and outward entry, and the change log.
Who can see my stock?
Only the people the owner adds. Each person signs in with their own email and password, and the owner can give view-only access or remove someone at any time.
Do I need the AI assistant?
No. Everything works without it. The assistant is an optional add-on for teams who'd rather type an entry in plain words than fill in a form.
Is the app in Hindi or Gujarati?
The app screens are in English and use plain terms like Inward, Outward, Site and Bill no. The walkthrough video is available in English and Hindi.
How long does setup take?
Usually a day: we set up your account, import your current stock sheet, and show your team how to record entries.
